Repairs

• Leak detection & repair from ₹800 We trace it with a moisture meter before anything gets cut open. The price covers finding the leak and remaking a standard joint or seal; if it is behind tiles, you get a second figure before a single one comes off.
• Blocked drain clearing from ₹1,200 Hand auger and powered drain machine, up to fifteen metres. Most kitchen and bathroom blockages clear inside an hour. Anything below ground gets a camera down it first, and that survey is free if we do the work.
• Tap or mixer replacement from ₹600 Labour for one tap, roughly forty minutes. Supply your own fitting or we bring one and bill it at invoice price with the receipt attached. Isolation valves fitted at no extra charge if there aren't any — the next repair is then a ten-minute job.
• Running toilet or cistern from ₹700 New inlet valve or flush diaphragm, fitted and left running clean. Covers the Jaquar, Hindware and Cera cisterns in most Bengaluru flats; an older imported unit may need a part ordered, which adds a day.

Installation

• Water heater supply & fit from ₹2,500 Fitting charge for a 15 to 25 litre storage geyser: wall bracket, isolation valves, pressure-relief line run to a safe discharge. Half a day. The heater itself is billed at what we paid for it, and the old one goes with us.
• Bathroom fit-out from ₹18,000 Full second fix — WC, basin, shower mixer, wastes and water lines — on an existing bathroom footprint. Four to six days. You get a stage-by-stage quote and a written schedule before the first fitting is lifted out.
• Water tank cleaning from ₹1,500 Drained, scrubbed, vacuumed and sanitised, for tanks up to a thousand litres. Overhead and sump done in the same visit. Add ₹500 for each extra tank, and give it three hours before you need hot water again.
• Annual maintenance plan ₹3,500 a year Two booked check-ups — geyser, valves, traps, tank — plus fifteen per cent off repair labour and a same-day slot whenever you write in. One home, no cap on requests. Most people take it after a burst pipe, not before.

East & south Bengaluru

• Indiranagar Same day Old independent houses with galvanised iron risers that are now well past their thirty years. We carry the adaptors for joining new CPVC onto them.
• Koramangala Same day Mostly apartment work. Write in before ten and we will usually be there the same afternoon, once the association has cleared us at the gate.
• HSR Layout Same day Sector 1 to 7. Plenty of new-build geysers fitted without isolation valves — we add them while we are there rather than making you a return visit.
• Whitefield Next day Large gated developments, so we book a two-hour window and send the technician's name in advance for the visitor register. Emergencies still get someone the same day.
• Jayanagar Same day Blocks 1 to 9. A lot of overhead tank and sump cleaning here; we bring our own water for the rinse rather than emptying yours.
• Bellandur Same day Twenty minutes from the workshop, so this is where we are quickest. Borewell pressure here is hard on cistern valves — we stock the common ones on the van.
